DJ MIXIFY – PROFESSIONAL DJ SERVICES AGREEMENT

Services Provided by DJ Mixify

• Professional DJ and curated music entertainment
• High-quality sound system
• Standard lighting (if included in selected package)
• Microphones for speeches/announcements
• Setup and breakdown of equipment
• Custom music programming based on client preferences
• Coordination with event planner and venue staff

Optional Add-Ons

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide:

• Venue access at least minutes/hours before event start for setup
• A safe, level, and covered performance area (required for outdoor events)
• Adequate electrical power (standard 120V outlet unless otherwise specified)
• Any venue-required permissions for setup or special effects

Music Selection

Client agrees to provide:

• Client may provide a playlist and “Do Not Play” list up to days before the event.
• DJ MIXIFY will honor reasonable requests unless otherwise instructed.
• DJ may decline inappropriate or unplayable song requests.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation:

• Deposit is non-refundable.
• If canceled within days of event, the remaining balance may still be due.

DJ MIXIFY Cancellation

Client agrees to provide:

• All payments, including deposit, will be refunded.
• DJ MIXIFY will make reasonable efforts to assist in finding a replacement DJ.

Limitation of Liability

DJ MIXIFY is not liable for:

• Venue power failures or electrical issues
• Weather interruptions
• Delays caused by client, venue, or guests
• Equipment failure caused by improper venue power or unsafe conditions

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters, illness, accidents, or government restrictions.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding between DJ MIXIFY and the client. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
